I need last Mondays yoga video unlocked, I felt really bad last week and just did not get much done,with bad arthritis and no thyroid the change in the weather, or just it getting cold, is hard for me to Handel, being the only survivor, long term, of the cancer I had, and other things like crones disease,can get at times really bad. unfortunately no matter how sick or bad I feel ,the hate crimes and gas lighting keep going. they are not has terrible has they where for so many years, they are getting a little better over time, but the fact I am still being violated, my privacy for exploitation, with torture, is such an unsafe and especially with death threats, so ugly and hateful,  done with relentless grinding poverty and injustice,they wear me down, in the meantime i have no way to work or have my writing, art and science published, that is making the world unsafe and and destroying the basis for all economy because all economy is the ownership of intellectual property,. others made billions off stealing my work, while i starved, was raped and my kids and I suffered.I barely endure, but I try to keep going, yoga helps.i need a bigger, warmer, safer place ,with no death threats and violation to live where my kids can come and I can have pets and the freedom to really heal and relax and have a life and publish, $ ,even 1/3 of the royalties or the amount paid to ant artist who is being used on camera and recorded, would make me independent and well off enough to live a healthier, safer and more productive life and my kids would also have a chance to heal with me, the deaths of 6 members of my family to plagiarize my work where i went [and still are stocked by a few of them] by the scum of the earth weighs on me and the world and gives folks no chance of cheap, safe energy.the birth defects, cancer rates and so many related illness and forest fires and other ailments[corona virus?] keep mounting while I can't publish and the economy teethes on collapse, all for an illegal criminal game that benifits no one, except those that want to destroy the economy and arts by stealing others intellectual property and torture and use power and control.my work was not just plagiarized and stolen but ruined, I will not have that happen to my work on energy or my new art, too many people need those things to live and have hope,and the real evil and ugliness of criminal bugging with torture has got to be stopped, i have lived the life of a saint, no one can say this was about anything but money, power and control.the new slavery has no excuse,no one,not a church, artist,organization, institution or government,or group or individual, or economy, can go along with, allow or try to profit from, not and survive and prosper! I will try to make up last Mondays yoga and do the midterm ,at least I am not feeling has sick has I was last week, namastay, Hope
