Namastea! i love 'king Dancer' not getting very good stretch yet [it has gotten cold] but I did get a ood stretch on it this summer, i use my staff for support! i have so much now to improve and all this back pain is forcing me to be highly motivated!i worked out had doing yoga all summer. i was attacked and harassed bu a group[40-50 people who said they were getting drugs and alchole to harrasse me, tey will actually have nothing] ironically , the child i raised alone was darker skinned than any of them,and 2 people murdered, my mom and sister where important Chicano, rights advocates, has well has anti sexism and and anti racism and pro environmentalist folks, God I miss them, the world needed them! During one of these hate sessions when i was working on king dancer position, holding on this time to a lovely tree, i realized something, the bulling, the hate justification being used on me was because  i am single[celibate with self and others over 27 years and proud of it!]and all at once i had an epiphany, who always has a man with them?hoes and cattle, who demands a woman have a man to control her? only the Saudi Arabian form of Islam,that it OPEC! i realized it was opec has well has nuclear criminal cabal, was working wit fossil flues ,to stop me publishing my work on emery!it goes far deeper than being punished for a crime i never committed, far deeper than me saying NO to illegal surveillance, this new slavery , i i is allowed to go on, will itself destroy this country and our economy! I was shaken, the hate crimes i have endured go beyond stealing my work for their profit and destroying what is good and right for social engineering, this technology is being run by a few corporations that are right now destroying the  environment and most physics people  believe,wrongly i hope, that it is already to late to save the planet[billionaires in space, won't work, the miss named 'goldy locks effect is my work]not just thugs trying to use me in Hollywood and ligature,and music, this is potentially the end of life on earth if i don't win, get some of my billions of dollars of stolen royalties and have a place to publish and have CONTROL of how that energy works, no one will ever die for heat or coolers or go without their ligts on if i can help it!i got up after the meditation to walk to te water, a little boy, Mexican American, with tears in his eyes said 'please don't hate all of Mexicans, i love your juggling'I smiled 'no indeed'i replied' i do not hate you! I like you too! bullies come in all colors ,shapes and sizes, i don't like them at All!' i do not like any bullies of any kind' together we both laughed.' he understood, and so does everyone else, we have no time for hate crimes, and illegal bugging, and the hate crimes and hypocrisy that goes with it, a crime against humanity, it was 70 degrees in Wenatchee on Dec 1, time is runing out!how do i stay none violate under such vicious attacks? how do i stay none violent under such ugly hypocrisy?i had a loving family ,they had their problems but te love is real, and a great mom, but te spiritual path, My My Those medicine circles!and when one does yoga, rythmatic gymnastics, dance, juggling, the mediation works from the higher self the soul, into the body. only satanist and Saudi Arabians believe woman have no souls, no matter what you think you are supporting , if you go along with torture, stealing my intellect property, you are supporting the worst kind of hate crimes against woman .they can not use me for free porn and get a 'controller'. i serve who is the real power of the this and all universes.  I fight for life on earth, in in all those universes, their is only one EARTH! only one distinctly  HUMAN race, only one of each of us, an no one has rights in this country unless we all have rights! I dance because Shiva danced! on this holly festival of lights, approaching solstice when light wins over dark, through incredible pain missing my  kin, i still do sun sal and know i serve the great keeper of light and life,maybe i have done the best I could this term, i will do better next term, but i live and that is an incredible miracle! And i know that anyone trying to cover the truth or go along with or allow this injustice violation, will no only 'die poor violators' they will fail, our earth, all our future generations and damn themselves.!!
