NO!no to a 10% increase of military, absolutely NO! we spend more than any country on earth already and what good have we done? is Afghanistan better off than when we invaded?is Yemen better off while we are the Saudi's alleys and we have supported their genocide/have we transparency, in all black opps and military spending that our democracy demands! ? no!i support the folks in our military but not the bureaucracy and pentagon that uses them! we need that money for education,housing and above all to make my renewable safe, pollution free energy devices to free us from the overlords of nuclear,and fossil flues! to fund watch dog civilian groups tostop ALL misuse of military funding, to end ALL nuclear weapons, to end and stop all illegal use of technology to harm or violate anyone's privacy, unless it can be PROVEN a threat to Americas security. NO! to giving law enforcement one more penny for cover-ups or violating american citizens privacy or lives and we demand more civilian groups to oversee all miss doings of police activity. that money needs to go to victims of police violence ,injustice and harm! it needs to go to those stopping the rising economic divide that leads to hopelessness and crime! i would like to say Ukraine may be wrong about poisoning Ukraine's diplomats but i can not. i was poisoned at least 3 times when i was homeless from death threats to my family after my mom and sister where killed, i was also denied medical help from doctors 13 times, while i was dying of crones and ulcerated colitis, maybe caused from poison. i said [and still say] stop violating y life! my intellectual property made people billions while went through violence and was stocked and terrified for my life and for those i loved, my family.you want to stop violence and criminal assault and mass shooting try the truth and paying me my royalties instead of having un law enforcement protect the corporations misusing technology for illegal profit, or we will have no economy,, it all runs off intellectual property and far worse with radiation from Fukushima nuclear plants and weapons and fossil fuels .you must have my work on renewable energy to have an economy, dead people buy nothing.my heart and lobe goto the brave good woman of Afghanistan marching for rights and education,go in beauty and i pray, daftly! they are the front line to stop terrorism with education!my arms are throbbing with 2 broken wrists from being attacked on dec.7, a sneak attack on pearl harbor day.my juggling was really getting good again,they feared i would make a living from my work, they have treated me worse than dirt, i was denied disabled bus service, my car destroyed from violence, and the road in front of my house has dirt mountains while i can not get out with emphazima. 6 members of my family where killed to steal t ose royalties and more where killed to celebrate illegal bugging for power and control, No more! everyday i am violated and torture this country osses money and far worse!all this time, over 35 years i have been stocked and tortured,whie my royalties made thugs billions i starved ,but still i refuse to do anything wrong or immoral! my wrists are in agoney, to survive and have an economy, truth restitution, freedom and privacy to me, Roberta May Hope Caster,and my family, do not pay violators, they are killing each other and harming so many and destroying our earth! my love and heart to all victims of violence [and i don't mean for publicity to w.smith to boost an academy no one is watching, any 40's musical has a better floor show, at least they could dance and sing, we are not buying it] and i beg all to do stay none violate and ethical, HOPE under torture
