I could not find the reference to classical palattes poses and yoga, but i know there are different schools of yoga, and only 2 main types of palattes, classical and the one where other poses are also used. i think that palatets were deeply influenced by palattes. i think palattes are for those that want the workout and fell uncontrollable with the spiritual aspects of yoga.i really enjoy the spiritual aspects of yoga, it helps me relax even in pain i can sometimes do a child's pose, then maybe a table or cat/cow the spiritual side helps me keep going. so does the breathing. yoga flows for me,palettes is more like a  workout going from exercise, or pose to pose.the yoga flow helps me want to 'do ' more, to keep going. love the spirituality behind yoga, its good decency, its healthy none violence, i believe in yoga's basic philosophy.  ideas that it espoused. i think palattes is good for people that need to be 'un spiritual with their workout, for me the main thing is the spiritual.the other thing is ,has you know the creator of palettes was a German and Nazis, i feel uncomfortable sometimes doing poses that were based on Indian poses developed in a pow camp. i have done for many years my own work out, based on yoga, but i never am  conferrable doing anything even slightly based on white supremacy. so much darkness came out of the Nazis that the world is still dealing with. but the Nazis movement was founded on a few  real good things, in the beginning. but a few things that are good should never blind people to the truth of any hate speech, double thing or evil in basic philosophy of the movement. this is a good time for people to understand that and to really walk the talk. the truth is the Nazis started out into the 'wunder lusts' movement, walks,hiking, environmental concerns,vegetarianism, wholesome diets, exercise, fitness and living spiritually in touch with the planet, the demonic aspects the leaders did was kept from the people.paganism is a part of healthy Christianity, or it can be , but the real terror these monsters were into  was killed 50 million people and destroyed their nation utterly.  all movements are makeup of not just what the  majority says it believes in, but what its fringe aspects are doing and saying. does the movement stop the fringe/ does it stand up ? does it censor the fringe?does it condone violence  or unlawful behavior?the radical right in America had better get hold of itself, we are not going to unevolve to a might makes right stem of tyranny, that is not going to happen, when pushed the great majority of Americans are getting anger, the left keeping up appearances like Biden with that monster Jay Leno ,are fueling the right wing nonsense,and leading to untruths being held up has facts, the parallels are too close and too many to even write here the left needs to out the truth, about me, about illegal surveillance and stealing intellectual property, about violence, and injustice, we can walk in the Nazis footsteps, or we will 'walking in the dinosaurs foot steps', hope i am taking my medicine trying to get well, if i don't see you tomorrow will be on line. maybe because my life is such hell from stocking, injustice and violation i have come to understand, that NO ONE ever has aright to use or exploit another. we must now live that very truth or we will have no economy, civilization, democracy, and far worse, Namastea! sorry for any misspells, my email is hard to do corrections on!
