Namaste, I think I have made up for all my missed yoga classes with joining the paulattes Tuesday class on line, i still have lots of videos I have to make up, I will do the extra credit  videos also. I. am very sick, Christmas lights everywhere, so I went without a camera  today. i have to go to doctor again today, exhausting going out into the cold.yesterday i left class and was very hungry, we got a credit card for the cafeteria for  50$ this term when we paid tuition.i bought a hamburger,[came to about $16] i was so hungry and my skin [especially arms from the strokes i had due to forced drugging]need some food in them because i have been so sick, not good to lose weight too fast, though i needed to drop a few pounds. sitting around all winter with 2 both wrists broken i put on a little too much. it smelled so good! i never can afford to eat out ,i gotit to go, at the bookstore there are really good 5 subject notebooks for $4.00, great price, i picked up a couple, then went to bus stop to eat while i waited for the bus, but my hamburger was gone the cafe ,on my asking ,said they put it in my sack, the book store did not have the hamburger there , it wasn't on the ground anywhere that i could have dropped it, but that is an outside[pun] option. So did someone steal it? Probably ,unfortunately what seems least likely is probably true, not out of hunger,,i might have given it to them, if they had asked, but i don't know, i was really hungry! Unfortunately gas lighting and bullying are still going on. This is the kind of  thing that makes the victim look like a flake and the monster doing it can get away with it. I went 40ndays with no food when my kids were threatened and I was made homeless through death threats and violence,yet I never stole, lied or did anything else immoral, or unethical. it is no joke when i say, those trying to use me ,or violate my life, will die poorer than i ever was!  don't know if you ever journal ,but these note books are very nice and ya can't beat the price. ! I wanted to tell the class about them and let you know because your little pumpkin may need a diary soon, fun to have. They are getting really expensive in stores, between $12-18.00, so this is a good deal. the thugs trying touse me  they are not getting anything with the lies, double speak and hate crimes, but it certainly was a hate crime when i was thrown to the ground and spit on last Hannakah, i do not think campus security could have done much about my hamburger, call or email if ya think ishould report it.the  problem wih hatecrimes,weather it is repeated bugging, stupid jerk things or lies, it leads to stuff like me being thrown to the ground[it has happened twice,the first toim wa more seriouse, a compound concussion 2017] or blown up in my car [1997etc . check out the note books if ya get a chance, Namastea, HOPE,nov 22 2022 this is how a hate crime or gas light works.of course i havebeen through far far worse, but this is the kind of bulling that has lead othersto despair and even mass shootings.this is not an isolated inncident but goes on all the time by bullies and thugs]scum] that don't know the victium[i have had them do this too me 100's of times a day]anyone they want to silence or exploite[my art ,science and writing made billions]because of the survailance state, it easy to track where the victium is.right out of Stalin's or Hitler's notebook, it must be stoppped or our economy will not exsist, Hope
