Of course Ukraine needs and desires USA aid, but what we need to make absolutely clear, to the citizens of USA, to Russians, and the world , is that we have tried ceaselessly to make peace between Ukraine and Russia. this country has the power to be a peace broker instead of an arms supplier. these new draft laws are not going to be welcome in Russia. use that and go for peace and talks instead of death and fighting. yes the Ukraine has a brave army, but every war after ww 2 has had an over 50% casualty death rate[at least]of civilians.
