still Properties, i am moving out on the 9th of may 2023. sense it was by mutual consent i move, i knew the date would be alright with you.there have been several repairs o have had to wait until i was out that need to be done, one is the element in stove has gone out, the other is ,of course, the water faucet and pipe is broken still from where the neighbors had a broken pipe and never left their water dripping during last cold spell. I have had to take baths by filling the tub by hand with hot water from the sink, not easy with wrists that were broken last year from an attack. i have a few things that are normal wear and tear on property, all of them i have reported, the front porch i have had repaired a few times,where it is aging and coming apart, it was never repaired properly. the back door has paint chipping from it, but nothing i did to it, it just began peeling the paint off after rains.i reported a burn mark on floor in kitchen, but it was never repaired.so everything at all wrong with the place should be not due to me, has i have reported them and if they were never fixed is not on me.everything will be left clean has when i moved in, of course after almost 11 years it will need paint, normal wear and tare of a house. so i should always have a good renters report from you has i always paid my rent on time, and always reported repairs that were needed. i will also ,of course get my deposit back, thank you, Roberta May 'hope' Caster, 3316 School st, Wenatchee Wa. 98816. ph 509-669-4069 and 509-683-2422
