Israel is. there was no such place has 'Palestine' until after the second Jewish war against Rome.the people of Israel were taken has slaves or ran for their lives and the roman empire crezated the name Palestinian [from the word Phoenicia, a country north of there] Christ was a Jewish Rabbi, he lived in Israel, he was killed by the roman occupying forces.it is important to understand this complex history, has a fellow clergy, philosopher, humn rights advocate and scholar, as a juggler as a a defender of minorities, children's and woman's rights, and has an environmentalist i must speak out!
