Namaste.i have been very ill,in hospital 2 times this last week.i have 'copd' and the smoke probably started an infection. weak i tried to go to class, got to campus and realized i was too sick for yoga, but getting out of bed, helped me. just walking was as much as i could do, but i needed to do this. the worst part as been,for about 5 nights i coughed hard, my lungs out, trying not to choke on rubbery big 'lugies'. and worse the neighbors from hell, outside my wall, did hate crimes,while coughed and spat up infection.
